This position is ideal for an experienced attorney with a strong background in Criminal Law and a demonstrated commitment to Access to Justice initiatives. The successful candidate will manage complex criminal defense matters from case intake through trial, including legal research, motion drafting, plea negotiations, evidentiary hearings, witness preparation, courtroom litigation, and post-conviction advocacy. The role requires a strategic legal thinker capable of building strong defense strategies while protecting clients’ constitutional rights at every stage of legal proceedings.
